Audrey Rose Dégez began Cp4p International Productions in 2014, as an idea, a concept, a dream of a new way of engaging creative artists to imagine and ultimately create a better world.

Her first Create Poetry 4 Peace workshops took place in the Greater New Brunswick Area Charter School in collaboration with Bharati Carla Haynes of Garden of Healing. Since 2014, the project has grown to include workshops, exhibitions, and projects in Berlin, Paris, and Pittsburgh.

Cp4p's last project was Slovo. Theater Group, a unique artistic residency in Pittsburgh with 4 actresses from Kharkiv, Ukraine. Slovo. Theater Group was founded in April of 2022 to fight against oppression of Ukrainian culture by promoting Ukrainian culture abroad. ​ Read Dégez' article in Howlround Theater Commons on Slovo.

Currently, Daria and Audrey are working with Kurdish actress Deniz Heval Kandemir. Our new work, Jin Jiyan Azadi (Women, Life, Freedom) is currently being written in Paris, where we are based, and will be in residency in Pittsburgh again this fall, in partnership with World Affairs Council, City of Asylum,Adams Theater in Adams, Massachusetts, Castleton University in Vermont, the Gandhi Institute in Rochester, NY, the John David Mooney Foundation in Chicago, CEC ArtsLink in New York City, ArtYard in Frenchtown, NJ, coLAB Arts in New Brunswick, NJ, and we will again be returning to the John F. Kennedy Center for a performance on the Millennium Stage in December!
